Job Summary
Senior QA Test Lead responsible for defining and driving the test strategy for ABB's Relays Online eCommerce platform, coordinating testing across teams to ensure high-quality releases, establishing a foundation for test automation and Shift-Left practices, and coaching teams in Agile quality practices. Role involves planning and coordinating release testing, managing defects in Azure DevOps, participating in manual testing during critical release phases, and enabling CI/CD integration with automated end-to-end tests. Hybrid work model in Vaasa, Finland, with required experience in Agile Scrum, Robot Framework, and web application testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or MSc degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in QA testing and test leadership roles in software development environments
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum and ability to guide teams in improving Agile testing practices
- Test automation hands-on experience in web application testing, preferably with Robot Framework and browser library
- Highly adept in Azure DevOps for defect tracking, test coordination, and release support
- Fluent in Finnish and English
