Senior QA Specialist - Night Shift

Job Summary
Review, approve, and support the management of quality records including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and investigations. Manage and escalate major and critical compliance issues through site QMS processes while actively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Mentor business partners in cGMP practices, maintain audit readiness, and provide technical support to departmental Local Quality Councils and project meetings. This Senior QA Specialist role operates on a night shift pattern (6pm to 6am) with a 4 days on/4 days off schedule at Lonza's Centre of Excellence in Slough, UK, focusing on biopharmaceutical process development and small-scale GMP manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- BSc life Sciences qualified
- Significant experience within Quality Assurance
- Hands on experience with CAPA's and Deviations
