Job Summary
Senior QA Specialist at Eurofins USA BioPharma Services focusing on continuous quality improvement, internal audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis, investigation writing, and review of procedures to ensure the release of analytical reports and support for client audits. Responsibilities include conducting internal audits and walkthrough inspections, performing investigations and CAPA reviews, maintaining QA documentation, communicating with clients and staff, and contributing to monthly/quarterly quality reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field with at least 4 years of industry experience; full-time, in-person role based in Portage, MI with US work authorization.
