Senior QA/QC Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental adherence while reviewing drawings, submittals, and documentation for accuracy. Identify and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks through detailed project reporting and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with contractors and project teams to maintain QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle, including closeout activities. Primarily on-site with potential travel, this role supports active construction and renovation projects within Turner & Townsend's global portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination
- Experience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operations
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes
- Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Primarily on-site role supporting active construction projects
- May require travel depending on project needs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- OSHA 30
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
