Job Summary
Lead end-to-end QA for POS and touchscreen applications across Windows, Android, and iOS; design and maintain test coverage (manual and automated) aligned to system architecture and real-world usage; validate software-hardware interactions with POS devices and peripherals (printers, scanners, payment devices); test across multiple OS environments; manage defects in Jira and drive release readiness; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to improve testability and quality delivery; bring 5+ years of QA experience, with hardware-integrated systems, agile practices, and CI/CD familiarity to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience (functional, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience testing hardware-integrated systems (POS devices, tablets, peripherals)
- Cross-platform testing across Windows, Android, and iOS
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps fundamentals
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ability to analyze complex systems, identify risks, and drive quality outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
