Job Summary
Manually test new mobile features end-to-end before each release cutoff and sign off on releases by communicating quality status clearly to engineers, product managers, and leadership. Improve the AI testing harness using agentic tools to reduce repetitive manual verification while extending automated test coverage across core trading and market resolution flows. Work directly with mobile engineers to surface bugs early in the development cycle, digging into product behavior to flag issues that feel off even when technically passing. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain rigorous quality standards on a product where real-money predictions are at stake.
Required Qualifications
- Proven mobile QA experience at a product-focused company, not short-term projects or outsourced QA work
- Comfortable testing on both iOS and Android
- Experience with agentic engineering tools like Claude or Codex to assist in testing workflows
- Experience writing or extending automated tests, whether in a mobile-native framework or otherwise
- Background in fintech, crypto, or trading products
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at a product company where the app was always evolving and where 'we'll fix it later' wasn't an option
- Experience seeing what it looks like when quality slips at scale
