Job Summary
Define and evolve QA strategy and processes, perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features, and lead investigations into quality issues. Collaborate with PMs and TPMs on acceptance criteria and release approvals while maintaining quality metrics and documentation. Requires experience in testing complex applications, a strong technical and user experience understanding, and the ability to articulate risks and quality tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
- 2+ years of experience acting as a sole QA leading a project
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and modern engineering stacks
- Proficiency at maintaining test documentation and communicating test results
- Mindset for risk-based testing
Desired Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Proactive personality who learns quickly and seeks continuous improvement
