Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer responsible for manual testing of web services, backend systems, and APIs with optional automation. Collaborate with development to analyze complex business logic, identify issues, and suggest improvements to enhance product quality. Emphasis on thorough investigation to root causes, continuous process and product testing improvements, and strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, and China. Proficiency in testing web applications, understanding client-server interactions, and familiarity with network traffic tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman) is required; basic scripting/programming skills for automation are a plus. Location: Lisbon, Portugal with an office-first approach and the possibility to work remotely part of the year.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience testing web applications
- Understanding of web technologies and client-server interactions
- Experience working with at least one database
- Ability to inspect, analyze, and modify network traffic using tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, or similar
