Job Summary
Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies across legacy ASP.NET Web Forms and modern Angular front-ends for the Valuation Analytics portfolio. Collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements against UAD 3.6, MISMO, and URAR 1004 standards while evaluating multi-database architecture and ML inference paths. Lead AI-powered automation initiatives by migrating from Protractor to Playwright or Cypress, integrating suites into Octopus Deploy and Azure DevOps pipelines. Mentor junior team members on real estate domain concepts and guide complex problem-solving for thread-blocking code paths and PDF generation timeouts. Monitor system behavior across DEV through PRD environments to identify quality issues before production release.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accredited institution
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Hands-on C# / .NET test authoring
- TypeScript / Angular testing
- API testing across REST and SOAP
- SQL Server fluency
- UI automation with modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience writing Python scripts for API testing and data testing
- Strong analytical skills and test case design skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex QA problems using sound judgement and existing procedures
- Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
