Senior QA Engineer

Senior QA Engineer responsible for building the testing foundation, establishing automated coverage, and improving release confidence across Python services and CMS. You’ll blend hands-on testing of high-impact surfaces (donation forms, campaign pages) with test strategy, automation, and team enablement; in the short term you’ll relieve QA pressure on product teams and, over time, scale quality through automation, standards, and metrics. Responsibilities include hands-on QA support for critical workflows, establishing testing standards, coaching engineers on testing, designing and expanding automated test coverage, defining meaningful quality metrics, incident post-mortems, and collaborating with engineering leads and PMs on test strategy to ensure quality is integrated throughout the sprint cycle.
