Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer at BURGA will drive quality across the entire product development lifecycle, performing hands-on manual and automated testing, owning testing strategies, and expanding test automation coverage. You will validate complex system changes, design risk-based test strategies and scenarios, monitor quality metrics, and partner with developers and Product Owners to prevent defects and ensure quality is built into the product throughout an Agile workflow. The role emphasizes API testing, SQL proficiency, and experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) in a manufacturing-focused environment; familiarity with .NET, Vue.js, WPF, RabbitMQ, or MES-related domains is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in QA / Quality Engineering roles
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, test strategy, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD environments
- Strong API testing and SQL skills
- Experience testing complex integrated systems and collaborating closely with developers and Product Owners
- Ability to improve testing practices and increase release confidence in Agile teams
