Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer responsible for owning feature-level quality across desktop, web, and cloud platforms. Design and execute test strategies, develop and maintain automated tests, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure reliability, usability, and performance. Key duties include test planning and execution for major features, writing and maintaining comprehensive test cases, performing functional/regression/integration/automation/performance testing, exploring real-world workflows, validating usability and user experience, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, identifying manual testing opportunities for automation, and documenting defects with reproducible steps. Strong emphasis on collaboration, advocacy for quality, and participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript), experience with UI automation tools (QT Squish or similar), and experience with Git/Jira are required. Preferred familiarity with BIM/CAD tools and Autodesk software ecosystems. The role is based in Singapore with on-site (in-person) work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with a UI test automations tool (like QT Squish or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Git and tools such as Jira
