Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases, performing exploratory and regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, and building scalable automated testing frameworks. Will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams, and ensure high-quality software across web and mobile platforms in a 100% remote global team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and automation)
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript & NodeJS
- 3+ years of experience in test automation design and implementation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent)
- 3+ years native mobile test automation design and implementation (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Detox, AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack App Automate, Firebase Test Lab, Sauce Labs, Kobiton, Robot Framework, BitBar, LambdaTest Mobile, HeadSpin, Fastlane, Tricentis Testim or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC/Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in QA and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency
