Job Summary
Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing. Build and maintain regression and functional test suites to ensure quality gates within CI/CD pipelines. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations for orders, payments, and financial processes across frontend, APIs, and backend systems. Partner with stakeholders to support UAT and drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams. This role is available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts in a remote setting.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Desired Qualifications
- SAP integrations (SOAP services)
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
- Performance testing experience
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
