Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

Job Summary
Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of a unified enterprise platform for a B2B telecom/communications provider. Own test strategy and design, perform manual and exploratory testing in greenfield environments, gradually build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, integration, and E2E), define regression testing approaches, conduct API/integration testing with external systems (carrier platforms, ServiceNow, billing, Cognito), integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with Business Analysts on acceptance criteria, log and manage defects through resolution, support stabilization and UAT, 4+ years in QA with Playwright and API testing, JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency, understanding of microservices, Jira/Xray/TestRail familiarity, and remote-friendly culture.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QA engineering (manual and automated)
- Strong hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright
- Solid API testing experience using Postman and/or JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks
- Strong background in manual and exploratory testing
- Good understanding of microservices architectures and integration testing principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated test suites
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation development
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
