Job Summary
Senior QA Automation Engineer at IceWarp in Prague area. Own automated test coverage across UI, API, and integration tests spanning the full product, from web client to backend. Drive the 60/40 manual-to-automation balance by automating regression and critical paths, and keep test suites fast, green, and reliable in CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with developers to unblock shipping, maintain test infrastructure, handle flake-rate cleanup, and improve overall quality. Requires strong automation instincts, ability to reason about maintainability and second-order effects, and comfort with a product-focused mindset. Tech stack includes Python for backend, Playwright + TypeScript for frontend, and Python + Appium with emulators for mobile; open to better approaches if you can justify them. Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in-office in Praha (Office in Karlín) with remote flexibility; 20 vacation days + KPI-based extra days + personal days, plus office amenities.
