Job Summary
Senior Q2 Digital Banking Developer responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, and evolution of digital banking channels (online and mobile) on the Q2 platform. Collaborates across business and technology teams, translates requirements into functional/technical solutions, delivers workstreams independently, and communicates progress and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences in a client-facing, onsite environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience with digital banking channels
- Hands-on experience with the Q2 digital banking platform (mandatory)
- Strong background in digital channels products (online banking, mobile banking)
- Experience supporting the implementation or evolution of digital banking solutions
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions
- Strong communication skills and autonomy in delivery
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments preferred
