Senior Python Software Engineer / RDM

Job Summary
Implement new backend features in Python within microservices architecture, develop AWS Lambda functions, and design REST APIs for web and mobile applications. Integrate with AWS services including DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, and S3, while creating infrastructure as code using CloudFormation. Monitor systems, analyze logs, and optimize microservices using Datadog and CloudWatch to troubleshoot production issues and refactor code as needed. Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, architects, and product owners within Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. This role supports Inetum's custom software development and infrastructure management across Poland, leveraging partnerships with Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Python backend development
- Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
- Knowledge of queue systems like SQS
- Familiarity with JWT/OAuth
- Ability to create automated tests using PyTest
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Experience working in microservice architecture
- Ability to work in an international team
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform (IaC)
- Knowledge of React/Angular for collaboration with frontend teams
- Experience in IoT/HVAC/embedded projects
- Familiarity with Datadog (APM, RUM)
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating with legacy systems
