Senior Python Engineer

Senior Python Engineer to join a project building a real-time, AI-powered voice platform on AWS. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend microservices; building and integrating REST APIs with authentication/RBAC and third-party integrations; contributing to real-time voice pipeline integrations (SIP/WebRTC/LiveKit); developing integrations with external systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Google/Microsoft Calendar); deploying and operating services on AWS (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3); maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines; containerizing services with Docker/Docker Compose; collaborating with AI, frontend, and DevOps teams; participating in code reviews and release processes. Requirements include 5+ years of backend engineering experience; strong Python proficiency and microservices experience; solid REST API experience; hands-on AWS experience (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3); Docker/Docker Compose; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows; strong problem-solving, and proficient English communication. Nice to have: experience with real-time voice/telephony systems (SIP, WebRTC, LiveKit); exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms; multi-tenant SaaS architecture; Terraform/IaC; performance/latency optimization for real-time systems; experience with third-party integrations (CRM, calendars, external APIs).
