Senior Python Developer

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable Python-based backend applications and services for AI-driven solutions. Integrate machine learning models into production workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and auditability. Own features end-to-end, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Platform teams. Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, promote best practices, and support CI/CD and deployment processes. Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems within Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Python for backend and service development
- Solid knowledge of data structures, APIs, and backend systems
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Experience integrating ML models into real‐world, production systems
- SQL and NoSQL databases with a strong focus on data modeling and performance
- Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
- 3+ years of hands‐on Python experience
- Proven experience building enterprise‐grade backend systems
- Solid understanding of scalable architecture and design patterns
- Experience working with cloud‐native and containerized environments
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- High attention to accuracy, quality, and operational stability
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
