Job Summary
Senior Python & Agentic AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered agentic workflows in production using Python. Own architectural direction for AI/ML components, partner with product and clients to shape roadmaps, evaluate and integrate LLMs, agent frameworks, vector search, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines, and drive experimentation and rapid iteration to validate AI-driven product ideas. Lead by example with production-grade code, engineering practices, and long-term technical strategy; ensure AI systems are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable; mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence. Requires strong Python engineering background with hands-on experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered features in production, experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM APIs, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines; comfort operating in high-autonomy environments; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Remote, full-time role with emphasis on owning both technical and product directions for AI features; prior experience in fast-paced, client-facing or consulting-style environments is a plus.
