Senior Pursuits & Precon Manager

Oversee and execute all project pursuits (proposal and preconstruction efforts) for the assigned office, typically involving written proposals and evaluation of best-value/alternative delivery opportunities. Collaborate closely with business development, operations, and estimating to identify, vet, and pursue potential projects; lead or support Go/No-Go decisions; identify teaming partners and assist with formal teaming, JV, and subcontract agreements. Manage pursuit activities including monthly Pursuit Status Reports, ensure proposal quality and compliance, and coordinate with corp disciplines to name key personnel for proposals. Support precon phase activities, advance projects through RFC stages, and ensure smooth transitions from precon to execution; maintain formal status reporting and communicate lessons learned. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are required to drive the pursuit and precon processes and contribute to long-term pursuit success.
