Job Summary
Maintain inventory levels, fill requisitions, and enter orders as sales orders while distributing supplies to provider offices and managing stockroom organization. Sterilize instruments using an autoclave device, notify vendors of shipment errors, and update Webchart with vaccine lot numbers, expiration dates, and location changes for satellite clinics. Serve as an internal resource for purchasing inquiries, fulfill backordered items, and ensure office updates reflect item status. Complete assignments on time, solve problems within authority limits, and maintain confidentiality while adhering to company policies. Requires proficiency with purchasing/accounting programs, spreadsheets, and basic math skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience
- Organized and detail oriented
- Basic math skills
- Proficient with computers
- Able to use purchasing/accounting programs
- Spreadsheets
- Other applications
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Hearing in the normal range for telephone use
- Able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
- Opens/handles large packing boxes to remove supplies
