Job Summary
Partner with assigned departments to understand purchasing needs and drive sourcing and vendor decisions. Assist internal business partners with purchase requests, compile requisitions, and process purchase orders while managing urgent priorities and mitigating delivery or lead time issues. Serve as a liaison between the internal team and vendors to communicate pricing and performance needs, recommend preferred vendors, and support technology implementation for efficient purchasing. Analyze spend to determine future supply needs and lead stakeholder meetings to drive process compliance and continuous improvement. This full-time onsite role in Verona, WI requires a finance or life sciences background with four years of experience and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or life sciences
- 4 years of experience in finance, buyer, or purchasing role
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timeline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an organization
- High attention to detail
- Experience using ERP system
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Full-time onsite, 5 days a week in Verona, WI
- Current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located
