Job Summary
Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to drive growth by developing strategic partnerships with Chinese game publishers expanding into Southeast Asia. Focuses on positioning the company as a market-entry and growth partner, leveraging deep gaming industry knowledge, publisher relationships, and cross-border opportunities. Responsibilities include market expansion across Southeast Asia (notably Indonesia and the Philippines), identifying new commercial opportunities, advising on go-to-market strategy, localization, and player acquisition, leading commercial negotiations and partnership agreements, managing a strong pipeline, and representing the company at industry events across China. Requires 4+ years in gaming/entertainment/digital platforms, a strong China publisher network, cross-border collaboration experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial leadership, or market expansion within gaming, esports, media, entertainment, or digital platform industries
- Strong existing network within the Chinese gaming publisher ecosystem
- Experience building strategic partnerships across multiple international markets
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, or market expansions from the ground up
- Strong commercial negotiation and partnership management skills
- Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across different cultures and markets
- Experience working with regional or distributed teams
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
