Job Summary
Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of Japanese app publishers across Digital Turbine's supply products, driving revenue performance through proactive account management, regular performance reviews, and optimization recommendations. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in collaboration with internal support and product teams while educating publishers on monetization best practices including Waterfall, Bidding, and Hybrid setups. Work closely with global counterparts to relay market feedback and track account health metrics to maintain accurate reporting on publisher performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers navigating monetization strategy, ensuring they maximize the value of their inventory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a publisher-facing, account management, or supply partnerships role within the digital advertising or ad tech industry
- Strong knowledge of the in-app advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, mediation platforms (e.g. AdMob, MAX), and ad formats
- Proven track record of managing and growing publisher relationships with measurable revenue impact
- Native or business-level Japanese
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Only candidates local to Tokyo will be considered
