Job Summary
Consult clients on integrated marketing and communication strategies, proactively managing account teams to service the scope of work with outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations. Build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow a portfolio of accounts, lead and participate in all stages of new business pitches, and counsel clients in one-to-one settings as a primary strategic partner. Hold honest, "tough" conversations with client contacts to ensure client satisfaction and account retention while managing up and down to ensure teams meet deadlines and goals. Working hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am EST. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and possess at least five years of experience working with financial services clients in an agency setting.
