Senior Public Relations Consultant (m/w/d)

Develop holistic communication strategies that strengthen corporate objectives and market positioning while prioritizing alignment with the overarching vision. Act as a strategic sparring partner for the C-Level and key clients, conducting high-level advisory sessions, making directional decisions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Proactively build and leverage a journalist network to position the agency as a thought leader, while performing complex situational analyses to define communication goals and execute tailored plans. Identify early reputation risks and initiate proactive measures to strengthen client market positions. Requires full-time work in Berlin with flexibility for critical situations outside standard hours.
