Job Summary
Analyze assessment data using statistical methods to ensure accuracy and validity, performing item and reliability analyses under senior guidance. Create graphs, charts, tables, and dashboards from statistical findings to improve student performance. Retrieve and manipulate database data using SQL, R, or Python, and visualize results with Tableau or Power BI. Produce analyses quickly while collaborating with fellow faculty and attending professional conferences. Requires a doctoral degree in psychometrics or related field with one year of testing or research experience. Full-time, 40-hour role with occasional travel up to 20% for summits and events.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Educational Psychology, or related field (e.g., Industrial/Organization Psychology) with an emphasis on quantitative methods or psychometrics
- One (1) year of experience in testing, research, or closely related fields such as statistics and data analysis
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year)
- Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed
- Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements
