Job Summary
Provide therapeutic support and psychological services to children in residential care homes across Nottingham, Newark, Goole, and Selby, while delivering training and supervision to staff. Lead a pilot project with a local secondary school to improve young people's mental health and wellbeing. Consult with teams to address children's needs through reflective practice and development, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met. Requires access to a car for travel between locations and flexibility to meet children's needs beyond standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Psychologist (Counselling, Forensic, Educational, Clinical)
- HPCP registration
- post qualification experience in a setting relevant to our services
- at least two therapeutic modality such as CBT or PACE
- access to your own car
- driving licence
- enhanced DBS with child barred list check
