Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary clinical team of psychologists, social workers, and counsellors across Queensland and New South Wales, providing leadership and mentoring on all service delivery aspects. Manage a small caseload focused on high-level organizational services, including Manager Assistance and Critical Incident Response, while offering escalation support to the call centre for complex risk cases. Coordinate with on-call psychologists as required, ensuring daily clinical outcomes are met and maintaining strict attention to detail across multiple stakeholders. Deliver a blend of face-to-face and telehealth services, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to support diverse client needs. This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney or Brisbane CBD with regional travel, offering excellent remuneration, free peer supervision, and professional development allowances within a fast-growing mental health support organization.
Required Qualifications
- AHPRA registered psychologist
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
- Strong skills and experience in providing high quality clinical services

- A strong senior Psychologist who can develop and maintain strong relationships with the clinical team, new and established clients and other key stakeholders
- Excellent counselling skills drawn from evidence-based frameworks, with demonstrated competency and experience providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and presenting concerns
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to self-manage and work autonomously
- Confidence in using technology and an IT case management system
- Exceptional planning and organisational ability coupled with the ability to self-manage and work autonomously
- High levels of integrity, transparency and ability to align with the values and ethos of the organisation

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an EAP or Workplace Mental Health role is highly desirable
- Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable
