Job Summary
Senior Psychologist leading a multidisciplinary clinical team across Queensland and New South Wales, delivering high-quality psychological services through face-to-face and telehealth modalities. Responsibilities include providing leadership and mentoring to Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors; escalating complex cases to call centre and on-call psychologists; maintaining a small, high-level caseload focused on Manager Assistance, Critical Incident Response, and other clinical services; ensuring quality outcomes and effective stakeholder management across multiple regions. Requires strong clinical skills, integrity, transparency, and the ability to self-manage and work autonomously. Emphasizes blending office/home work arrangements with opportunities for flexible delivery and travel across designated regions. AHPRA registration and a minimum of five years post-registration experience are essential, with experience in an EAP or workplace mental health setting highly desirable.
