Job Summary
Senior PS Consultant (Spanish Bilingual) leads, delivers, and supports Genesys Cloud solutions for customers/partners in LATAM, acting as a Tech Lead with expertise across Genesys Cloud products. Responsibilities span solution deployment (from pre-sales to post go-live), requirements discovery, PoC implementations, configuration (telephony, queues, agents, APIs), integrations (AppFoundry, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, JIRA), testing, end-user training, and post-go-live support. The role emphasizes remote/on-site delivery, cross-functional collaboration with project managers, QA, and customer teams, and ongoing training of new joiners. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in contact center tech/deployment, Genesys Cloud experience, Spanish fluency, English proficiency, strong problem solving, and a mix of technical and business skills. Strong knowledge of HTTP/REST/JSON, omnichannel capabilities, and integrations with major platforms, plus experience with AWS and networking is advantageous. This role is hybrid in Manila, Philippines, and requires flexibility in working hours to align with customer and team needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/Information Technology or related discipline
- 3+ years of related experience in Contact Center technology, Solutions Deployment and/or equivalent industry experience
- Prior experience with Genesys Cloud Implementation and/or Administration is highly desirable or industry related experience
- Good technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in troubleshooting challenging configurations
- Bilingual proficiency required: Spanish (fluent) with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service processes
- Knowledge of Cloud change control processes
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills (English must)
- Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, and JSON
- Knowledge of Omnichannel solutions (Voice, Email, SMS, Chat, or Messaging)
- Knowledge of third party integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, JIRA)
- IP Telephony & Hardware familiarity (Genesys Cloud Edge, Cisco gateways, IP phones)
- Software delivery models (Waterfall, Agile)
- Knowledge of AWS and networking certifications is a plus
- Java, C#.NET, Python, PHP, web app development scripting skills is a plus
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and complex projects
- Bilingual Spanish communication capabilities
