Job Summary
Lead the design and development of Royal London's employer experience across onboarding, servicing, and engagement within the Workplace Value Stream. Shape the future workplace proposition by analyzing employer journeys, applying design thinking principles, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver optimal solutions. Own defined areas of proposition development in partnership with the Proposition Owner, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as TPR and FCA while driving changes from ideation to market launch. Work within a squad to support growth ambitions and strengthen market position through logical problem-solving and stakeholder management.

- strong experience of the UK workplace pensions market
- A track record of driving changes that enhance customer value, from ideation through to market launch, within complex technical environments and in partnership with change functions
- Experience of developing workplace propositions and administration platforms
- exposure to employer proposition design or employer experience journeys
- Experience of working effectively as part of a cross-functional team, while progressing initiatives autonomously
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences
- Shows ownership and accountability
- excellent attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- experience of the UK workplace pensions market
- A strong understanding of automatic enrolment and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) requirements
- Understands trends in the workplace market, particularly, innovation in the retirement market and the employer experience
