Job Summary
Senior Proposals Development Associate with remote US flexibility, responsible for developing, maintaining, and training costing tools and modules; supporting Business Development in winning new contracts for Client Contract Services; delivering high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids; mentoring Systems Analysts; and contributing to ongoing process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in pharmaceutical/CRO environments, proposal development or outsourcing, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, strong written and verbal English, and travel (approx. 10%); role offers Remote work in the US and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical / CRO industry or equivalent
- Prior experience in proposal development or outsourcing and/or relevant related experience/qualifications
- Prior experience in (Sponsor) outsourcing management (Contract and Change Orders) and/or relevant related experience/qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and excellent written English skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be a self-starter, pro-active and professional with an ability to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel (international and domestic)
