Job Summary
Senior Proposal Writer responsible for leading end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, developing win themes and value propositions, translating technical solutions into clear business narratives, and coordinating with Sales, Solution Architects, Legal, Product, and Delivery to meet deadlines. Drives content library maintenance, templates, and continuous improvement of proposal processes (including AI-enabled capabilities). Manages contractual documents (MSAs, NDAs, client contracts, and related SOWs/terms) and ensures compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory standards. Requires 7+ years IT/consulting experience or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience, and fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT or consulting services as a Proposal Writer
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent understanding of the different phases of IT project implementation
- Ability to successfully communicate client tender objectives and their main characteristics to the delivery and sales teams through oral and written presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate service and information requests from stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS / CCaaS / UCaaS deals
- Proven ability to influence deal outcomes and win strategies
- Experience using proposal automation tools or AI-assisted writing tools
- Experience in project management is an asset
- Ability to analyze and write proposals
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong organizational skills, precision and great attention to detail
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
