Job Summary
Draft, edit, and finalise high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, and presentations tailored to specific city priorities and evaluation criteria. Develop content structures for tenders, deciding how to present narratives across different markets and languages while applying Voi's tone of voice standards. Collaborate with local teams and subject-matter experts to produce fit-for-purpose drafts, review contributions from Finance, R&D, and Legal, and maintain the tender content library with reusable answers and evidence. Apply learnings from feedback and scoring outcomes to improve future responses. Ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements and works seamlessly with design visuals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years in bid or tender writing, proposal development or content production
- Excellent written English
- Excellent written German
- Familiarity with tender content libraries or knowledge management tools
- Exposure to public procurement processes, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a public sector or B2G context
- Additional Norwegian, Dutch or French writing capability
- Micromobility or urban mobility background
- Written communication: writes clearly and persuasively, adapts style and tone for different markets and audiences
- Content planning: structures responses logically and knows how to sequence arguments for maximum impact
- Attention to detail: produces consistently accurate, polished work and catches errors before they reach the evaluator
- Collaboration: draws out the right information from subject-matter experts and turns varied inputs into coherent submissions
- Growth mindset: actively learns from feedback, scoring outcomes and competitor analysis to improve every future response
