Senior Proposal Specialist

Create persuasive proposal content, executive summaries, and presentation materials tailored to client needs while adhering to company best practices. Review Requests for Proposals to fully understand submission requirements and identify strategic opportunities to maximize value. Facilitate opportunity strategy formulation by collaborating with Client Managers to define business drivers, communication themes, and graphic approaches. Determine research needs, delegate tasks as appropriate, and identify internal contacts for project-specific information. Work with the design team to storyboard concepts and manage the end-to-end proposal development process, assuming total responsibility for small projects and major responsibility for complex initiatives. Manage competing deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities within a hybrid environment requiring three days in the office.
