Job Summary
Senior Proposal Manager – Pricing develops pricing solutions for RFPs/RFIs and related materials across single or multi-service/region clinical development programs. Responsible for ensuring pricing aligns with operational strategy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining pricing metrics. Builds proposal-specific commercial strategies, collaborates with Account Directors, Clinical and Operational teams to integrate pricing into proposals and statements of work, and responds to routine inquiries while managing information collection from various sources. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required; experience in CRO/pharma pricing and proposal development is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
- Ability to compose summaries of complex data for executive presentations
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization/time management
- Interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with moderate-to-advanced Excel experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to build peer relationships and effective teams with global/cultural awareness
