Job Summary
Lead the development of complex, high-value proposals for enterprise opportunities in collaboration with the Capture Manager and a team of experts; drive a compliant, high-quality proposal with strong win probability, including storyboards, mock-ups, and cost/volume content. Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders, conduct color reviews and kick-off meetings, coach subject matter experts in persuasive writing, and ensure timely submission under challenging deadlines. Requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in proposal management, APMP Foundation certification, strong MS Word/Office skills, and a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in Falls Church, VA.
