Job Summary
Own the end-to-end management of complex RFPs, IDIQs, and RFIs from capture through final government submission. Develop pre-proposal tools, compliance matrices, and outlines while assigning activities to internal SMEs and teaming partners. Write, edit, and QA technical content, graphics, and promotional materials, ensuring strict adherence to solicitation requirements and the Shipley color review process. Maintain the cloud content library and past performance repository with accurate metadata tagging. Mentor junior staff, coordinate feedback from decentralized teams, and execute bid strategy integration. Manage CRM and opportunity tracking while conducting research on federal clients and competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 7-10 years of federal proposal experience
- Minimum of 1 year of people management experience
- Experience working with SF1449's
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Technical skills
- Understanding of FAR/RFO and how to interpret and apply them to solicitation and deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to interact in a cooperative and effective manner

- APMP Certified Practitioner
- Experience working on a Federal Capture Team
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with GovWin or similar
- Wired broadband service (cable, fiber, or DSL) with at least minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- Some positions may require minimum 200-300 Mbps download / 25-35 Mbps upload speed
- Ability to move about inside the office to access the required technological equipment
- Ability to stooping to reload printer trays with print paper, moving equipment, and managing cords
- Ability to constantly operate technological office equipment such as laptops, mice, keyboards, computer monitors, telephones, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to see, viewing, and distinguishing all aspects of internal and external communications
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs to transport technological office equipment to and from various workspaces
