Job Summary
Senior proposals and contracts specialist who supports proposal development, budgeting, and contract management in a CRO environment. Responsibilities include receiving and analyzing RFPs, coordinating SMEs, developing and reviewing proposals and budgets to align with client specifications, managing the end-to-end RFP process, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and guiding client discussions to secure approvals. Requires strong knowledge of proposals, contract management, pricing structures, and related tools; experience with Salesforce is preferred. Requires at least 3 years in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals within a CRO or similar setting; a Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three years of previous experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or similar environment
- Solid knowledge of proposals and contract management principles, contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools and data systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Previous experience in proposal development is a plus
- MBA preferred
