Job Summary

Senior Property Sales Advisor responsible for managing sales enquiries and occupancy across care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings. Lead development of the marketing strategy to support sales, build referral networks, and maintain a high local profile to promote the Village, while achieving sales targets and handling related admin such as budget controls and sales reports. DBS check required as part of recruitment; role includes occasional weekend work and permanent full-time hours.

Required Qualifications

  • DBS check as part of recruitment process
  • Experience in property/senior sales
  • Ability to manage sales enquiries to maximise occupancy across care home, assisted living and independent living
  • Develop and maintain marketing strategy to support sales function
  • Attend sales meetings with Sales and Marketing team or Village Manager
  • Host client visits and follow-up calls; identify referral groups
  • Ability to build high profile within local community to promote the Village
  • Commercial focus: maximise profit performance of Village sales and meet/exceed targets
  • Strong administration: budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports
