Job Summary
Senior Property Officer role responsible for managing Integrated Facilities Management contracts and vendors, conducting performance audits, overseeing budgets and payments, ensuring contractor compliance, and supporting strategic FM planning through stakeholder engagement and data analysis. Key duties include contract development and administration of IFM contracts, planning and conducting performance audits (site inspections, interviews, documentation audits), establishing tender/contractual deliverables, applying performance metrics and KPIs, conducting customer satisfaction surveys for FM services, managing contractual budgets and monthly payments, preparing short-, mid-, and long-term budgets, and engaging stakeholders (tenants onboarding, island partners engagement) while analyzing operations data to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic FM planning.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Building or Facilities Management from a recognized tertiary establishment
- Fire Safety Management certification (preferred)
- Workplace Safety and Health certification (preferred)
