Senior Property Manager

Oversee day-to-day management and administration of Vantage Aviation's commercial real estate portfolio, including aircraft hangars, office space, and ramp tie-down areas. Serve as the primary liaison between leasing, legal, operations, and tenants to ensure lease agreements are properly executed, tenant improvements are successfully managed, and properties are maintained to the highest standards. Manage the full lifecycle of commercial lease administration, including lease documentation, tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent roll management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards while supporting property operations. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial property management professional with a strong understanding of commercial leasing, lease administration, tenant relations, and real estate operations.
