Senior Property Manager - The Mill At Westside

Lead all day-to-day operations of the community, driving occupancy, leasing performance, resident retention, and overall NOI. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and capital improvement projects while overseeing vendor relationships and large-scale maintenance initiatives.
