Job Summary
Maintain physical and fiscal aspects of properties by managing monthly accounting updates, CMMS reporting, and lease administration while ensuring contractual obligations are met. Lead property support staff through regular meetings, performance appraisals, and problem-solving sessions to drive operational improvements and standardize best-in-class practices. Coordinate property budgets, track variances, and manage vendor relationships while conducting scheduled facility inspections and rent collection oversight. Document cost avoidance, prepare client reporting, and pursue new business development as needed. Work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional after-hours or weekend requirements, including travel to assigned facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in commercial, office or medical office (excluding residential, hotel experience) property management
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing non-exempt and/or exempt-level employees
- Must also be willing to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, industrial settings, and construction sites
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- operational experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
- BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and/or IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®), or industry leading equivalent designation
