Job Summary
Manage operations and maintenance for the Agency's complex leasing functions and rental properties, ensuring efficient, cost-effective housing delivery. Direct administrative and maintenance staff to execute daily work orders, handle emergencies, and address resident issues while enforcing HUD policies and lease agreements. Safeguard site assets through inventory, procurement, and disposition processes, and oversee budget development, financial performance monitoring, and payment approvals. Conduct resident outreach to fill units, process applications and interviews, and manage tenant accounts including rent collections, adjustments, and eviction notices. Prioritize maintenance schedules, coordinate emergency protocols, and ensure compliance with occupancy policies and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, public administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manager or assistant manager capacity at a housing development or other multi-family property with at least 200 units
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable under the Agency's fleet policy
