Senior Property Manager & Special Projects

Job Summary
Conduct detailed property and maintenance inspections for the State Center, Eustis Building, and Center for Changing Lives Frogtown Rondo while maintaining accurate building documentation. Manage building operating budgets, supervise the maintenance team, and respond timely to emergent building needs. Create and execute a five-year capital plan to optimize capital dollars, overseeing all capital projects with a focus on safety, total cost of ownership, and environmental impact. Partner with all Lines of Service and building tenants regarding property use and support special projects such as office moves on an as-needed basis at other commercial properties. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or Facilities Management, five years of relevant experience including project management, and supervisory experience. Valid driver's license required.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, project management or other related field
- 5+ years relevant work experience, including project management
- Valid driver's license required
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Prefer a Construction background, hands-on building maintenance experience & familiarity with IBC International Building Code and local building codes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, building automation software, security system software, OSHA compliance, building mechanical systems
- Experience in negotiations and management
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes/regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience in equipment procurement, building layout, staff relocation logistical planning, and equipment utilization preferred
- Ability to read and understand architectural & engineering documents (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, and Electrical) preferred
