Job Summary
Oversee physical, financial, and administrative operations for a Boston-area portfolio, including resident relations, budget preparation, and staff supervision. Conduct weekly site inspections, process rent increases and resident certifications, and manage lease signings and amendments. Supervise maintenance and site office personnel through performance appraisals and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with federal and state housing regulations. Prepare annual operating budgets, approve billings for subsidy reimbursement, and coordinate hiring and terminations with People and Culture. Testify in court hearings as needed and report building status to senior leadership. Utilize OneSite and Microsoft tools to drive revenue collection and expense management practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 7 years related property management experience
- conducting recertification
- providing clerical and administrative support
- Extensive knowledge of OneSite
- proficiency with Microsoft Word
- proficiency with PowerPoint
- proficiency with Excel
- Demonstrated experience with LIHTC recertification
- Project base section 8 experience
